Our Vision
We are a creative, inclusive space built on the belief that art is for everyone.
Rooted in lived experience, education, and a deep connection to the special needs community, our classes are thoughtfully designed for individuals with developmental disabilities of all ages and abilities. We understand the importance of safe spaces, flexible learning, and opportunities for true self-expression.
From online crafting sessions to nature-based art experiences at Mono Pines Glamping, and pop up classes throughout Dufferin County, everything we offer is created with intention, encouragement, and joy.
We work with individuals, families, and local businesses to bring inclusive art experiences into the community—because creativity should be accessible everywhere.
Our vision is simple:
To create welcoming creative spaces where every individual feels valued, capable, and inspired.
We envision art classes where:
-
Differences are celebrated
-
Participation looks different for everyone
-
Confidence grows naturally
-
Nature and creativity connect
-
Community feels safe and supportive
Through multi-level art classes, hands-on crafting, art principles, and nature-based experiences like our children's summer art classes, we are building a creative community where belonging comes first.
Why Inclusive Art Matters
Art is more than a finished project—it’s communication, emotional expression, confidence-building, stress management and connection.
Inclusive art removes barriers and replaces them with opportunity. It allows individuals to explore creativity without pressure, comparison, or expectation. There is no “right way” to create here—only space to explore and discover.
When art is inclusive:
-
Every voice matters
-
The process is celebrated
-
Support is welcomed
-
Joy comes first
Inclusive art gives individuals the freedom to create at their own pace, in their own way, and in a space that truly honors who they are.
Because everyone deserves a place to belong—and a place to create
